My name is Vladimir Artamonov, and I am a culinary professional originally from Turkmenistan, a country located in Central Asia, where rich traditions, hospitality, and respect for food culture have always been an important part of life. I was born and raised in Turkmenistan, where I developed my passion for cooking and learned the importance of traditional flavors, high-quality ingredients, and sincere hospitality from an early age. My cultural background has strongly influenced my culinary style, combining heritage cuisine with modern international techniques. With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have worked as an Executive Chef, R&D Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Culinary Specialist in multi-concept restaurants and private dining environments. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various cuisines, including Turkmen, Russian, Pan-Asian, Sushi, Fusion, BBQ, and modern Halal cuisine. I specialize in live-fire cooking, premium meat preparation, Texas-style BBQ techniques, and creating unique culinary concepts based on cultural heritage. I have also worked with VIP guests and private clients, where confidentiality, attention to detail, discipline, and personalized service were essential parts of my responsibilities. My goal is to bring not only professional cooking skills, but also creativity, reliability, and a deep understanding of hospitality to every kitchen and every guest experience. Every dish I create reflects my passion, dedication, and respect for traditions, while also allowing me to explore new ideas and modern culinary approaches. With over 14 years of professional experience, I have developed expertise in international cuisine, BBQ and live-fire cooking, Pan-Asian concepts, traditional Turkmen gastronomy, and culinary innovation. Alongside my daily culinary work, I am also passionate about developing new culinary concepts, exploring unique cooking techniques, and creating innovative approaches to traditional cuisine.
